Sanyuka TV Apologizes as Alien Skin Claims He is "Bigger Than Busoga" in Viral Rant

The tension between Fangone Forest leader Alien Skin and the Busoga Kingdom has reached a boiling point, with the "Sitya Danger" singer issuing a startling ultimatum that has left the public and media houses in a state of high alert. Following demands for a formal apology from regional leaders, including Hon. Brandon Kintu, Alien Skin has instead doubled down on his controversial stance, presenting the people of Busoga with a choice between "peace or chaos" within a 24-hour window.

The friction began after the singer, born Patrick Mulwana, made remarks that were widely perceived as a direct insult to the cultural heritage of the region. He famously claimed he would only consider "forgiving" Busoga if he were allowed to take over the office of the Kyabazinga and rule for a fortnight. In his most recent address, Alien Skin escalated the rhetoric further, asserting that he is "bigger than the entire Busoga region" and suggesting his status is comparable to that of the President. He warned that if handled incorrectly, he is prepared to "switch into beast mode" and deal with the region accordingly.

As the situation intensifies, media platforms are moving quickly to distance themselves from the artist's inflammatory language. Sanyuka TV, the platform where some of these remarks were aired during a field interview, has issued an official statement acknowledging the hurt and offense caused to the people of Busoga and the Kingdom. The media house offered a formal apology, clarifying that Alien Skin’s comments do not reflect their values and reaffirming their long-standing relationship and respect for the Busoga community.

Despite the growing pressure and the looming legal or cultural repercussions, Alien Skin appears undeterred. He noted that while he had initially sought to de-escalate tensions to focus on separate issues involving the military, the continued demands for an apology have pushed him back into the fray. With the 24-hour ultimatum now active, the entertainment industry and cultural leaders are watching closely to see whether this "beast mode" rhetoric will lead to a genuine resolution or further bridge the gap between the singer and one of Uganda's most prominent kingdoms.
